Why You Should Eat Tofu

👉 Tofu is one of the quality protein sources that vegan athletes often prefer. 100 grams of tofu contains 14.7 grams of protein, 1.1 grams of carbohydrates and 5 grams of fat. Most of the calories taken come from fat, but 100 grams of tofu has 76 calories.
