Healthy fats
We're going to focus on the very common notion "if I eat fat, I'll get fat". I would like to state that I do not agree with this idea in any way.
There are harmful oils and beneficial oils. We have to take beneficial fats for our body, without exaggerating it.
❎ if you feed on saturated fat margarines, chicken skins, and trans fats, you will both get fat and get you
r body from bad fats. They raise cholesterol and increase your risk of heart disease.
✅ We can specify useful oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, oils from nuts, fish oil, avocado oil.
👍 we should not be fed the same type of fat all the time. Our bodies adapt easily. Just as we change our exercises, we must change them and surprise our bodies.
✅As a result, we should consume enough of the beneficial oils during the day 😊
